What are the responsibilities and job description for the Men's Locker-Room Attendant position at Bear Lakes Country Club?
Summary: Provides a neat, clean, and organized locker room environment while offering services to members and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Prepares Locker Room for full service each morning, ensuring the Locker Room is neat and clean.
- Provides for the needs of members and guests.
- Keeps bathroom, showers, and sinks sanitary and clean at all times.
- Maintains amenities and toiletry dispensers to ensure they are full and that towels are available in shower and sink areas.
- Monitors and enforces the Locker Room policies.
- Services golf and dress shoes for golf membership and their guests and returns cleaned shoes to an assigned locker; Drops off dirty linens and picks up clean linens in the laundry area.
- Maintains bulletin boards with current and relevant information.
- Assists Golf Center as requested and communicates with members, co-workers, management, and the public in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cleaning products necessary to maintain Locker Rooms.
- Prepare reports and verbally communicate well in English and in writing.
- Interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, co-workers, and members.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
