What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA/Nurse Aide - Manor position at Bear Lake Memorial Hospital?
Bear Lake Memorial Healthcare is seeking hard-working, dependable individuals that can provide compassionate and caring service to the residents of the Bear Lake Manor.
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist residents with all activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, housekeeping, toileting, etc.
- Assist residents with shopping, travel to doctors’ appointments, etc.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Give compassionate care to residents.
Requirements:
- Willing and able to be flexible and to work various shifts/hours/days
- Must be dependable
- Must be kind and compassionate.
- Adherence to confidentiality/HIPAA requirements
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
- Must be able to do a significant amount of lifting, bending, twisting, standing, and walking.
- Must have good people skills and be able to get along with others.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
