Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our daily financial transactions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring our accounts stay up to date. This role is perfect for a professional seeking a stable, long-term part-time position with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and manage vendor relationships.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Payroll: Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure tax compliance.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and our Inventory system.
- Tax Prep: Assist our CPA with year-end tax preparation and 1099 filings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel/google sheets and general accounting principles.
- Soft Skills: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
