Bear Fox Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Coordinator to manage lead generation campaigns, build strong client relationships, and keep projects running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll coordinate projects, track deliverables, and ensure your 5-10 assigned clients have a smooth, positive experience with Bear Fox. You’ll start part-time with up to 20 hours/week with the opportunity to take additional hours or full-time as client demand grows.

Compensation and Benefits
- $20-22/hour for up to 20 hours per week.
- Remote work from home. Semi-flexible schedule with availability required between 9am and 3PM MST (M–Th).
- Opportunity to scale to full-time with additional benefits as client load grows.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent communication to assigned clients, ensuring updates are timely and accurate.
- Schedule, prepare, and document internal and client meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
- Track and manage deliverables using Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and team needs are acquired.
- Coordinate with the client, SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams to execute strategies within scope and process for the client and our Agency.
- Perform quality control on deliverables before sending to clients.
- Prepare and format monthly performance reports using agency reporting tools.
- Support maintenance of accurate client records, timelines, and budgets.
- Proactively flag potential client needs or challenges to the Senior Account Manager.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and career development.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in marketing or a related field (Bachelor's preferred but not required)
- 1-3 years of work experience in digital marketing outside of school (digital agency experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Base understanding of SEO, Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing
- Base understanding of marketing KPI’s and reporting
- Experience with project management software (We use Asana)
