- Oversee daily operations including FOH and BOH coordination

- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards

- Collaborate with ownership on business goals and growth strategies
- 3 years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level preferred)
