About the Role:

The Field Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operational and asset auditing processes across various field locations within the United States. This position is responsible for managing on-site equipment inspections, verifying asset conditions, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Field Supervisor will coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement auditing protocols and utilize technology tools such as Google Maps API and Microsoft Excel to track and report findings. Success in this role results in improved asset management, enhanced operational transparency, and minimized risk through diligent field oversight. The Field Supervisor acts as a key liaison between field personnel and management, driving continuous improvement in auditing and inspection practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operational or asset auditing, equipment inspection, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
  • Experience using mapping tools or geographic information systems (GIS), preferably Google Maps API.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing field teams or supervising operational audits in a multi-site environment.
  • Familiarity with additional data analysis software or enterprise asset management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough operational and asset audits at designated field sites to verify accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform detailed equipment inspections to assess condition, functionality, and maintenance needs.
  • Utilize Google Maps API to accurately map and document asset locations and audit routes.
  • Compile, analyze, and report audit data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with field teams and management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all auditing activities adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor field staff on auditing procedures and use of technology tools to enhance data collection and reporting.

Skills:

The Field Supervisor will apply operational auditing and asset auditing skills daily to ensure that all field activities meet established standards and regulatory requirements. Equipment inspection expertise is essential for accurately assessing the condition and functionality of assets, enabling timely maintenance and risk mitigation. Proficiency with Google Maps API allows the supervisor to precisely locate and document assets, facilitating efficient route planning and audit coverage. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are used to organize, analyze, and present audit data clearly, supporting informed decision-making and reporting. Additionally, strong communication and leadership skills are employed to coordinate with field teams, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in auditing processes.

Salary : $160,000
