The Field Supervisor will coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement auditing protocols and utilize technology tools such as Google Maps API and Microsoft Excel to track and report findings. The Field Supervisor acts as a key liaison between field personnel and management, driving continuous improvement in auditing and inspection practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operational or asset auditing, equipment inspection, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
- Experience using mapping tools or geographic information systems (GIS), preferably Google Maps API.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing field teams or supervising operational audits in a multi-site environment.
- Familiarity with additional data analysis software or enterprise asset management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and training programs.
