You will work directly with residents, building strong relationships and providing emotional support and education on health-related topics.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education on health-related topics
Requirements
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• 1 year of experience in gerontological nursing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
