What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Hand position at Bear Creek Ranch of Oregon?
Farm in a beautiful and convenient location. Wheel line and flood irrigation. Assembly and maintenance of irrigation systems. Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment. Putting up hay. Land maintenance. Mowing and using string trimmer. Keeping an organized shop and barns and caring for tools, equipment and vehicles. Similar work experience preferred, but the most important thing is honesty, integrity, and a drive to get the job done right. Must be able to work independently and get things done properly without constant oversight. Other duties as required associated with farm and ranch work. This job is physical and while variable with the seasons, requires periods of sustained daily physical input and energy.
