Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as our Weekend Supervisor. What You'll Do

As the Weekend RN Supervisor, you'll serve as the primary clinical leader for the facility by:

• Providing clinical and operational oversight during weekend shifts.
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Serving as the primary clinical resource for nurses, CNAs, residents, families, and physicians.
• Managing staffing assignments and assisting with staffing needs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Monitoring resident conditions and responding to clinical concerns, emergencies, and changes in condition.
• Promoting compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Supporting Quality Assurance, infection prevention, risk management, and survey readiness initiatives.
• Collaborating with department leaders to ensure continuity of care and efficient facility operations.
• Completing accurate clinical documentation and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Fostering a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care.

QualificationsRequired

• Current, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience
• Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, supervisor, or management experience
• Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience leading weekend operations in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar electronic medical record systems
• Experience with staffing coordination, Quality Measures, and survey preparedness
