What You'll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort measures
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Strong attendance and dependability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred:
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience
- Experience working with geriatric residents
- Strong communication and customer service skills
