What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Nurse position at Bear Creek Memory Care?
The Licensed Nurse is responsible for supervising the personal care staff; coordinating all personal care services provided to residents by personal care staff; promoting the health and well-being of each resident; and reporting observed changes in resident condition or health to the Executive Director and the resident's responsible party.

- Possess an active licensed nurse certification (Registered Nurse) within the state where the home building resides

- Excellent writing, verbal, grammatical, and punctuation skills
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and make decisions
