Job Overview
The Outside Service Attendant is the first face our guest sees at the golf course. primarily assists golfers with their clubs and equipment as they arrive and depart from the course. This includes loading and unloading bags, cleaning clubs, and maintaining the bag storage area. They also often help with golf cart staging and other tasks related to the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Cleaning golfers clubs when they exit the course
- Unloading golfers bags from the bag drop
- Cleaning off the golf carts everytime they come back from off the course
- Parking the golf carts as they come off the course
- Loading members bags prior to arrival and have cart ready for them
- Keeping up with the stocking of driving range balls, picking up range balls etc.
