Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. As a CSM, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for ensuring they derive maximum value from our service. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships, driving adoption, retention, and ultimately, customer advocacy. This isn't just about support; it's about proactively guiding our customers towards their desired outcomes and celebrating their successes with us. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver tailored training sessions and resources to facilitate product adoption and proficiency. Proactively identify and address potential adoption barriers, offering solutions and best practices. Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with customers. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices to maximize their ongoing value. Share customer success stories and testimonials to build advocacy and trust. Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer advocacy. Salary : $65,000 - $96,000
