Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices to maximize their ongoing value. Share customer success stories and testimonials to build advocacy and trust. Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer advocacy.
