Job Summary Bear Creek is seeking a highly strategic, results-oriented, and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end operational processes. This critical leadership role is responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and scalability across all operational aspects of the business, ensuring that organizational goals are met while maintaining high standards of cost control and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership skills, deep analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of implementing large-scale operational improvements and managing complex, cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the identification and adoption of best practices, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to streamline workflows and reduce waste across departments. Develop and manage the company’s operational roadmap, proactively anticipating future scaling needs and bottlenecks. Serve as the primary operational liaison for executive leadership, translating high-level strategy into executable operational plans. Manage vendor and partner relationships critical to operations, ensuring performance standards are met and contracts are optimized for cost and quality. Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for strategic investment or divestment. Ensure operational compliance with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Operations Managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide consistent coaching to ensure departmental objectives are achieved and succession planning is in place. Develop and maintain robust business continuity and disaster recovery plans to mitigate operational risk. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Operations Management, with at least 4 years in a senior/managerial leadership role overseeing multi-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive management.
