Key Responsibilities Input a high volume of data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, digital files, spreadsheets, online forms) into designated databases, spreadsheets, and systems accurately and efficiently. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents and identifying any discrepancies or errors. Correct or update data as needed, ensuring all information is consistent and current. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. Perform regular data backups to ensure data recovery in case of system failure. Generate reports, spreadsheets, or summaries of data as requested by management or other departments. Adhere to data confidentiality policies and company regulations, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Communicate effectively with other team members or departments to clarify information or resolve data-related issues. Assist with other administrative tasks or projects as needed. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data entry processes and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Proven experience (e.g., 1-2 years) in data entry or a similar administrative role. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 60 WPM with high accuracy). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High regard for data confidentiality and privacy. Basic understanding of database management systems.
