Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data from various source documents (hard copy, digital files, scanned images, audio files) into designated databases, spreadsheets, or software systems within specified deadlines. Prepare, compile, and sort documents and materials for data entry, including creating source data files. Review data for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies, correcting compatibility issues where possible prior to entry. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of daily data entry tasks and projects. Quality Control and Verification: Verify the integrity and accuracy of existing data through comparison with source documents or quality assurance checks. Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies or incomplete information using established procedures. Conduct regular database maintenance and cleanup activities. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information, client data, and proprietary databases. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. Comply with all company data integrity policies and security regulations. Assist the administrative team with scanning, filing, and organizing documents as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
