Key Responsibilities: Accurately inputting and updating data from various sources (e.g., physical documents, digital files, spreadsheets) into databases and information systems. Verifying data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors. Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in strict accordance with company policies and relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Organizing and filing electronic documents and data efficiently to ensure easy retrieval. Performing regular data backups to ensure data security and prevent loss. Assisting with data cleanup projects, database maintenance, and data migration tasks as needed. Adhering to established data entry procedures, guidelines, and quality standards. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly data entry productivity and quality targets.
