NOW HIRING AT ALL THREE LOCATIONS (American Fork, Saratoga & Vineyard)
We’re looking for team members who can commit to 9–12 months or longer. Please note: we are not hiring for summer-only positions.
We’re seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment to join our team!
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week
- Required availability includes Saturday and Sunday with $1.50/hr Shift Differential
- Weekend availability is essential, as weekends are our busiest days

Work-Life Balance:
- We close at 5:00pm Monday through Saturday and at 3:00 PM on Sundays — so you’ll always have your evenings free!
Barista Duties
- Attendance & Reliability:
Arrive on time and work the hours agreed upon at the time of hire. Consistent attendance is essential to team success and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and identify their coffee or beverage preferences to ensure a personalized and welcoming experience.
- Menu Guidance:
Educate customers by presenting and explaining menu items, answering questions, and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve Beany’s gourmet beverages by following established recipes and techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management:
Replenish supplies, restock coffee equipment, and maintain inventory of pastries, cookies, and other bar items to support daily operations.
- Equipment Care:
Operate equipment properly, troubleshoot minor issues, perform routine maintenance, and report or coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Cleanliness & Safety:
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, handle special requests with flexibility, and continuously look for ways to add value and enhance the customer experience.

Compensation
Pay is based on experience and includes shared tips.
