We are seeking a caring, energetic, and responsible Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and hygiene
- Monitor and document children’s progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s development
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with other staff members and management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting a plus
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
