Beans & Greens Farm in Gilford, NH is looking for talented cooks to help lead our growing Biergarten and mobile kitchen operations.
This isn't a traditional restaurant job.
You'll help create and execute menus for our award-winning biergarten, catered events, brunches, festivals, and seasonal attractions. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on a growing business that serves thousands of guests throughout the year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the owner and kitchen manager in daily kitchen operations
- Help develop creative seasonal menus
- Lead food production for the food trucks, biergarten, and special events
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute ideas that improve guest experience and profitability
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years of commercial kitchen experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and great food
- Creativity balanced with an understanding of food costs
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events during peak season
