Come GROW with us! Beans and Greens’ Farm is seeking an experienced assistant retail manager with a passion for farm stands, food, coffee, families, flowers, and fun!
We are a business that caters to customers seeking a local, farm-oriented shopping and culinary experience in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. We are known for locally grown farm raised produce, prepared meals and soups, agro-tourism, and local meats and cheeses. We want to grow our deli, greenhouse/garden center, bakery, prepared food, gift, beer, wine, events, and catering areas of our business. We are seeking a dynamic assistant Retail Manager to help us grow and exceed customer expectations.
Qualified applicants must have:
- Experience and passion for managing a retail store combined with strong merchandising skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a do what it takes attitude to help the owners take the business to the next level.
- Ability to build customer focused teams and maintain the positive culture amongst the team.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, teammates, and ownership.
· Personality and organizational skills to provide a clean, consistent, and customer friendly experience.
- Greenhouse and garden center experience is a plus!

We're looking for full-time and part-time (non-seasonal) Associates to help us grow.
