What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Trainer position at Beans Fitness?
Bean’s Fitness is looking for a motivated, caring, and mission-driven personal trainer to join our growing team. We specialize in functional strength training, movement quality, joint pain, postural repositioning, and working with special populations including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and POTS.
This is not a typical commercial gym training position.
We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help people improve their quality of life through movement, strength, and long-term health. Our mission is to help people move and function better — not simply chase aesthetics or exhaustion-based workouts.
At Bean’s Fitness, we value professionalism, humility, integrity, and caring deeply for others. We are a faith-based business and desire team members who genuinely care about serving and loving people well. We are not simply looking for someone seeking “just a job,” but someone who wants meaningful work that both profoundly and positively impacts the lives of others.

- Passion for helping others
- Professionalism and reliability
- Coachable and humble mindset
