About the Beam:
Beam is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S. with a portfolio of innovative, science-backed, best-selling products. We’ve built a brand loved by millions, and we’re looking for a high-impact, all-hands designer supporting high-volume creative needs across retention, brand, packaging, retail, and marketplace channels. You’ll focus heavily on production-driven design and play a pivotal role in growing Beam’s in-house Creative Team.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute high-volume production design across retention, paid, retail, packaging, and marketplace channels
- Turn briefs into clean, on-brand creative quickly and accurately
- Help keep marketing requests across Beam’s channels moving efficiently
- Apply brand guidelines, templates, and systems to keep output consistent and efficient
- Partner with marketing and creative leads to prioritize work and hit timelines
Who You Are:
- 5 years of experience across digital and production design
- Strong technical knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other design packages
- Familiarity with a test and learn creative framework: continue looking to iterate and find the next new winner
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication skills
- Keep a cool head, a “nothing is beneath me attitude” and be able to reprioritize on the fly
- High energy, ability to consistently take initiative, and a healthy dose of hustle
