Beam Site Prep along with our automotive, home services, and construction divisions is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail‑oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager (or Intern) to build and elevate our digital presence from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and wants to shape the marketing direction of multiple growing brands.
You will develop strategic marketing initiatives, create compelling content, manage social platforms, and collaborate directly with owners, supervisors, and field leaders to understand each business and craft tailored marketing strategies. Your creativity, professionalism, and analytical mindset will help drive brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and establish a strong digital footprint across all companies.
- Website creation and management
