Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food processing plant. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. At times you may have to cover other shifts due to vacations and other scheduling conflicts. Weekends are mandatory as needed.
Starting Wage for 1st shift $13.75 $1.00 Attendance Bonus after 90 days = $14.75
Starting Wage for 2nd shift $15.13 (10% premium) $1.00 Attendance Bonus after 90 days = $16.13
Starting Wage for 3rd shift $15.82 (15% premium) $1.00 Attendance Bonus after 90 days = $16.82
Duties
- Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring quality control throughout the process.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food processing plant is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality control.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while following instructions from supervisors.
- Background checks and drug screen are required. (This includes marijuana)
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Team members should be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
