Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Crib Attendant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in factory settings, contributing to the assembly and fabrication of products while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Immediate openings!
- 11am to 7pm w/flexibility to work more hours.
- $17/hr to start. Raise after 45 days.
- Possible hire after 90 days w/full benefits.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Saturday's are time and half
- Sunday's are double time!
Duties
- Operate various machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility, including forklifts, stand up picker.
- Assemble components and fabricate products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling within the warehouse as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Fork Truck and Shipping and Receiving experience a plus!
- Crib Attendant experience would be helpful.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
