- Familiarity with sports medicine principles and physiology knowledge is advantageous.
- Understanding of body mechanics and anatomy knowledge is essential for safe training practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Certification from a recognized personal training program is required.
