Role Overview
As a BEAM Client Advisor, you are the face of our brand, creating an inviting and engaging shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. Your role is to connect customers with the right products and team members while maintaining the store’s appearance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome every customer with warmth, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset.
• Provide best-in-class customer care and elevated service.
• Engage with shoppers to understand their needs and connect them with the appropriate BEAM Sales Lead for further assistance.
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and educate clientele about BEAM’s mission and values.
• Assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges at the P
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including the front area, register, and back of the store.
• Restock and organize inventory throughout the day to ensure product availability.
• Support company initiatives and projects on an as-needed basis.
• Identify trends and pain points in client service needs and collaborate with leadership to address and build sustainable solutions.
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Provide best-in-class customer care and elevated service.
• Must be available to work weekends and during the holiday season.
• A friendly, customer-first mindset with a passion for building connections.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and stand for a long period of time.
• A team-oriented attitude with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Must meet minimum age requirements as determined by local labor laws.
Experience:
• Retail sales, showroom or customer service experience is required.

Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 /hr
