Job Title: Inside Sales & E-Commerce Associate (Wholesale Tire Industry)
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
About the Role:
We are seeking an integrity-driven, highly self-motivated individual to join our team. While prior experience in the tire industry is a plus, it is not required—we are committed to training candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the e-commerce side of the wholesale tire industry.
This hybrid position combines inside sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Process and fulfill e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle product returns and resolve customer issues
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to take and manage orders
- Assist with loading and organizing orders onto 53’ trailers
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable and competent using computers and learning new software systems
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including loading orders
- Prior experience in tire, automotive, or wholesale industries is a plus, but not required
