Our client is a well known and highly respected Neurology practice in Fairfax, VA. They are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Fairfax, VA office.

Duties
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation.
- Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders.
- Triage calls from new and existing patients.
- Meet with existing patients for Rx refill evaluation, sleep study introduction and self-injection training.
- Assist physicians with procedures if needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent credential.
- One or more year's experience working in a private practice or hospital environment.
- Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or First Aid are preferred.
