We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Receptionist to join our grooming salon team. This role is perfect for an animal lover who enjoys providing excellent customer service and assisting with the care of pets during their visits.
Schedule:
- This position is part-time and requires work on Saturdays and Sundays only. 10 am to 6 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment bookings for grooming services.
- Customer Service: Handle clients' questions and resolve any disputes effectively and professionally, acting as a manager when necessary.
- Client Management: Accurately record client information, monitor appointment schedules, and follow up with clients as needed.
- Pet Care Assistance: During client visits, ensure a comfortable experience for pets by offering water, changing pads, and providing grooming support as needed.
- Animal Comfort: Gently calm and soothe pets during their stay, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable in our salon environment.
- Team Support: Collaborate with groomers and staff to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Love and understanding of animals, with experience in handling different breeds and temperaments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
