Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a welder with proficiency in aluminum welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and proper use of welding equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized welding program or institution (e.g., AWS Certified Welder).
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic computer skills for logging work and accessing digital blueprints.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding following detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and hand tools as required for the job.
