Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you'll help fabricate custom aluminum awnings, canopies, and architectural products that are installed on businesses across the country. No two days are exactly alike, and your work will have a direct impact on the quality of every project that leaves our shop. What You'll Do

As a Production Technician, you'll support the manufacturing process from start to finish by preparing materials, assembling products, and keeping production running efficiently. You'll use a variety of tools and equipment while working alongside an experienced team to build high-quality custom products.

Your day may include:

• Preparing tools, materials, and equipment for fabrication.
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stapling, skinning, grinding, cleaning, packing, shipping, loading, and unloading materials.
• Assisting with paint preparation and other finishing work.
• Reviewing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Reading work orders, blueprints, and bills of materials to complete projects accurately.
• Helping maintain inventory and keeping the production area clean, organized, and safe.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on position, and you will be on your feet throughout the day. Production Technicians should be comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, twisting, reaching, and performing physical work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
