✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong foundation in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Good understanding of data structures, collections, and multithreading basics
• Familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot and backend development concepts
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture (basic understanding)
• Experience with SQL and database design principles
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 0–1 year of hands-on experience in backend or Java development
• Familiarity with tools like Maven, Tomcat, WebLogic
• Exposure to messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ) is a plus
• Basic understanding of J2EE, JDBC
