The Role
The company is seeking Product Engineers to build and scale core platform capabilities and user-facing product experiences. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong technical execution, product thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguous startup-style environments.
Engineers are expected to take ownership across the full development lifecycle, collaborate
cross-functionally, and independently drive projects forward with minimal process overhead.
Responsibilities
● Build and maintain modern full-stack applications using React and Next.js
● Develop backend systems and APIs in Go and Python
● Integrate AI services including OpenAI and Claude into product workflows
● Build semantic search and recommendation capabilities
● Improve scalability, reliability, and platform performance
● Work with distributed systems infrastructure including OpenSearch, Kafka, AWS, and Jenkins
● Collaborate directly with engineering, design, and leadership teams
● Own projects from ideation through deployment and iteration

Requirements
● 6 years of software engineering experience
● Strong full-stack engineering background
● Deep experience with React and Next.js
● Backend expertise in Go and/or Python
● Experience integrating AI APIs and building AI-powered product features
● Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
● Experience with semantic search, recommendation systems, or search infrastructure
● Strong ownership mentality and product instincts
● Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
● Ability to independently drive execution with minimal oversight
