Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trash Truck Driver located in Dover, NH. The Trash Truck Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient collection and transportation of waste materials. Primary duties include driving a commercial truck, loading and unloading waste, complying with DOT regulations, maintaining vehicle safety, and ensuring timely waste collection and disposal services. Collaborating with the team and maintaining excellent customer service standards are vital aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid drivers license, CDL not required but helpful
- Experience in Truck Driving and operating commercial trucks
- Proficiency in Unloading and handling waste materials safely
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an outdoor environment
- Previous experience in the waste management industry is a plus
