Weekday Schedule : Monday - Friday 10 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain Exam Rooms :

Stock and clean exam rooms between cases to ensure they are ready for use

Safety & Organization :

Adhere to hospital standards to keep pets safe and maintain clean, organized treatment and exam areas

Client Support :

Assist Client Services Representatives with collecting payments, transferring calls, filing records, and scanning documents

Team Assistance :

Support Veterinary Assistants and Registered Veterinary Technicians with daily tasks and minor procedures

Restraint & Setup :

Assist in animal restraint for procedures and exams and set up for minor procedures

Hospital Maintenance :

Handle laundry, surgical instruments, surgery packs, and surgery cleanup

Qualifications :

Experience : Prior experience in veterinary medicine is preferred, but a strong passion for learning and growth is equally valued

Physical Requirements : Properly restrain animals and lift up to 40 pounds when necessary

Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support patients, clients, and the veterinary team
