Office Administrator

Beacon Technologies is seeking an Office Administrator for our client partner. This position is located 100% onsite in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.Stationed at the front desk / lobby. Great all visitors and sign them in per our client's Physical Security Policy.Understand the corporate image and professional standards for reception.Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work environment consistently.Prioritize face-to-face customer service for visitors in the reception area.Assist with booking meeting rooms and catering requests efficiently.Take ownership of enquiries inbox and ensure timely responses.Report faults or maintenance issues promptly.Maintain accurate catering calendars for meeting requirements.Develop an understanding of the business structure and share knowledge with others.Facilitate access card management and basic onboarding for new starters.Maintain inventory levels for all stationery, batteries, and kitchen consumables.Liaise with key suppliers and contractors for office maintenance.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Intermediate Excel, Power Point skills to assist with data collection (Sustainability, Office Utilization, Department Metrics).About Beacon TechnologiesAre you looking to advance your career in information technology?
