Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery disputes and delayed purchases

Oversee offshore post-closing teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Track purchase timelines, aging pipeline, and days-to-cash

Act as the main point of contact for investors and correspondent sellers

Establish and enforce delivery SLAs and performance standards

Analyze delivery defects and implement process improvements
Qualifications

8 years of post-closing and investor delivery experience

Demonstrated ownership of delivery, suspense, and rebuttal processes

Experience resolving investor exceptions and purchase delays

Familiarity with LOS platforms and investor delivery portals

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage cash timing metrics

Clear communicator with strong judgment and accountability
