Role Overview
The team is looking for an Engineering Manager with at least 1 - 2 years of experience at a high-growth Series A-Series C startup to lead our high-performing engineering team. Past background may have been in an IC lead role or in an engineering manager player-coach role.
You will be a player-coach, spending significant time hands-on in the codebase while also setting direction, mentoring engineers, and establishing scalable processes. This is a key role to unify the team and drive product shipments as we scale our engineering organization.
What you will do:

Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team.

Hands-on technical work including conducting detailed code reviews.

Establish and refine engineering processes and systems (e.g., using Linear) to help the team scale effectively.

Partner with the CEO and CTO to set the technical direction and ship product features.
