Duties

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and special requests to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Maintain the front desk area’s cleanliness and organization while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort
• Use multilingual skills to assist diverse guests and enhance their overall experience in our resort environment

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, especially in front desk or concierge roles
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with international guests
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a proactive approach
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
• Experience in restaurant or guest services roles is a plus, demonstrating hospitality expertise
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
