Job Description

Job Coaches work to support a positive, healthy, and safe work environment for all individuals by advocating for individuals seeking employment.

• Job Coaches work at developing job seeking skills with individuals
• Work as a liaison between employer and employee (Individual)
• Provide support to learn/re-learn job tasks
• Complete any and all necessary paperwork
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
• GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  
  

Job Type

• Full Time - Hours May Vary - Mainly Weekdays between the hours of 7AM-8PM
  
  

Salary

$16.00-$17.00 Based on Education and Experience

Training

• We offer a comprehensive paid two week training/orientation
