This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Madison, WI. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with all hiring regulations. The Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent to fulfill its mission.
- Recruitment and talent sourcing, including experience with candidate outreach and applicant tracking systems
- Interviewing and evaluation skills to assess suitability of candidates for roles
- Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and team members
- Knowledge of hiring regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for recruitment processes
- Experience in healthcare or human services recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
