Implementation Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Beacon Specialized Living, a leading Behavioral Health organization specializing in care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role focuses on the successful onboarding of new markets to our enterprise core care platform, which includes tools such as Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR), and other healthcare management systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare technology, a passion for seamless implementation, and the ability to drive the integration of new markets into our core care platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of the core care platform for new markets.
• Ensure the successful integration of the applications with the market’s workflows.
• Collaborate with market leadership, clinical, and administrative teams to gather requirements and customize the platform to fit each market's specific needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in IT implementation, project management, or similar roles, with a focus on healthcare systems or enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR), and other healthcare technology systems.
• Experience in the successful onboarding and integration of new markets or clients into enterprise platforms.
  
  

Experience

• Healthcare IT or related field: 3 years (Preferred)
• Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Onboarding and Implementation: 3 years (Preferred)
