What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist for Macomb/Rochester position at Beacon Skin and Surgeries?
A busy Dermatologist office is looking for an experienced medical front desk receptionist. The front desk receptionist greets patients, manages incoming phone calls and assists with other administrative tasks as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
● Manages multi-line telephone system, schedules appointments, answers questions about our treatments/products and promotes the clinic in a positive and professional manner.
● Greets patients and visitors in a timely manner, obtains proper paperwork and communicates unexpected delays when necessary.
● Receives payments from patients for services and product purchases, schedules follow-up appointments and proactively educates and informs clients of additional products/services that may be of interest.
● Assists in a variety of clerical duties including filing, photocopies, receiving shipments, assisting in inventory, sorting mail, etc.
● Maintains organization of the front off ice area including lobby and front desk area.
** Ability to work some Saturdays**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
