- Kentucky Master Plumber license (or the ability to qualify the business as required by Kentucky law)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing service and repairs
- Help establish field standards and operating procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Mentor and train future technicians
