Beacon Search Group has a client in the Lancaster, OH area seeking a Financial Analyst. This is a direct hire position with great benefits and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and compliant accounting records
- Perform bank reconciliations and support financial transactions
- Review capital expenditures and ensure proper coding
- Manage fixed assets, tooling schedules, and related reconciliations
- Track and update program-related purchase orders and cash disbursements
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting documentation
- Support engineering and program teams with financial processes
- Collaborate with AR/AP to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Maintain and analyze financial data in Excel spreadsheet
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and business planning
- Perform additional accounting duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Maintains confidentiality with professionalism and discretion
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
