- Operate advanced metal-cutting machines.
- Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain cutting alignment for flawless results.
- Identify and resolve minor program errors independently.
- Keep production running smoothly by using forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Kickstart your journey with 30 days of hands-on training during 1st shift.
Skills:
- Ability to make decimal-fraction conversions.
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to use micrometers and calipers.
- Be self-motivated, have strong initiative and top-notch communication skills.
- Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
- Cooperative, innovative, safety oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on production.
