What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Receptionist position at Beacon Ridge?
We are looking for a Casual Receptionist to join our Beacon family! This person must be dependable, personable, and have organizational skills.
Administrative and computer skills along with a high school diploma/GED are a must. General responsibilities for this job are listed below.
General Duties
- Answer the telephone and act as receptionist at the front desk to receive all visitors and provide direction as needed
- Input charges for billing
- Shredding
- Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned
- Screen staff and visitors for COVID-19 per CDC guidelines
Must Haves
- Willing to work scheduled weekends
- Computer skills
- Maintain a professional, customer-oriented demeanor at all times
- Work within a team concept and cooperative with the co-workers
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Represent the facility in a positive manner
- Willing to cover call offs and vacations
Shifts
- Weekend Hours: 1p-7:30p (1-2 weekends per month)
- Weekday Hours: 1:30p-7:30p (1-2 days per week). Potential for 2 8-hour shifts to help with stocking supplies.
