Job Description
We are looking for motivated Wealth Advisors to join Beacon Pointe in various locations across the country. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized RIA that provides the resources and support to allow advisors to focus their time on what drives growth. This role is designed for advisors with an established foundation of client relationships and the drive to build a larger book of business over the next few years.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in-class client experience
- Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
- Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth, you know how to build relationships and are comfortable generating new business
- Financial planning experience, CFP® highly preferred
- Client-first, fiduciary mindset
- FINRA registrations or advisory licenses, or the ability to obtain them
- Background in a wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
